Ever since I was little, I’ve loved picking out clothes and putting outfits together, and that interest naturally grew into a love of fashion and photography. I now work as a fashion brand marketer in Seoul, and I’ve also worked as a fashion and portrait photographer. As the things I loved became my work, I feel I developed my own taste and perspective that I can share with others. Music and food are two pleasures I couldn’t do without in everyday life. I go to see my favorite artists live, from Korean bands like The Black Skirts and HYUKOH to The Weeknd, and exploring great places to eat has been a longtime hobby. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying trying Korean drinks that pair well with food, along with other kinds of drinks, one at a time. Through the things I enjoy every day—fashion, photography, music, and food—I want to show travelers visiting Korea a side of Seoul they won’t find in guidebooks. When I’ve traveled abroad, I’ve enjoyed the famous sights, but I’ve also really wanted to experience the places locals go—the spots people who live there are genuinely interested in visiting. And not just places, but food, culture, and more. That’s why I want to share great places, food, and culture beyond the tourist attractions with travelers visiting Korea. As I show you some of my favorite spots, I’d also love to take photos of you so you can hold on to those special memories. Selfies are great too, but I think the photos I take for you will have a different charm and make a lovely gift! I’d love to introduce you to hidden local food spots, rather than just restaurants popular with tourists, and share a meal and a conversation. I’d also like to share music by the many Korean artists I love beyond K-pop, so we can get to know each other’s cultures. I’ve always loved meeting new people. I’ve even hosted singles parties, and photography has brought me into contact with all kinds of people. Traveling abroad lately has made me want to connect more with people from other cultures. I hope a day with me gives you a chance to experience Korea a little more deeply :)
