Refunds depend on who cancels and when

If the guest cancels

• 168 hours (7 days) or more before the start: 100% refund, including the service fee.
• 72 to under 168 hours before the start: 50% of the activity fee.
• 24 to under 72 hours before the start: 20% of the activity fee.
• Under 24 hours before the start: no refund.

If the host cancels

• The guest receives a 100% refund, including the service fee.
• The guest also receives credit equal to 10% of the activity fee, valid for 90 days.

Coupons and payment processing

Coupons used on a cancelled reservation are restored. Refund timing can depend on the payment provider and card issuer. Your reservation screen shows the recorded refund amount.
