Is nado a package tour?
- No. nado is a marketplace for personal experiences with local hosts, not a fixed-schedule bus or group package tour.
Are all hosts professional tour guides?
- No. Hosts are individual local companions. A verified label means nado account approval and a completed minimum public profile; it does not automatically mean a professional-guide license or background check.
Can I see the price before paying?
- Yes. The activity fee, service fee, group size, date, and payment total are shown before payment. Any separate expenses should be confirmed in the experience details or chat.
Can I cancel for free?
- It depends on timing. Guest cancellations at least 168 hours before the start receive a 100% refund; later cancellations receive a reduced or zero refund. Host cancellations receive a 100% refund.
Which languages are available?
- Language availability varies by host. Use the language filter and confirm communication preferences before reserving.
